In case you missed it, last week I released my long awaited “The Donut Blanket” pattern, woohoo! Did you purchase the pattern? Have you already started making your own? If you haven’t you still can, by just clicking that link and it will take you straight to the pattern or you can go read this post all about the blanket itself and it has links there as well.
Alright, enough plugging my pattern (even though I think it is amazing and you should definitely buy it, but I’ll just leave it at that), let’s get to what this post is all about.
free, Free, FREE layout templates!
This downloadable PDF template is same exact layout I give you in The Donut Blanket Pattern (one more plug for good measure :D), plus an extra layout template.
Just like the free hexagon layout, this template has the normal size and then a layout that is 4x as big, 13 x 15 squares, giving you the opportunity to make your blankets as big or small as you want. You can even print the large one a bunch of times and make an even bigger template!
You don’t even have to use this layout template for the donut blanket, it is good for any blanket that is worked in squares.
Use it for repeating patterns, random patterns, pixelated-photo patterns, spell words, really whateva your heart desires!
You can download and print the free PDF layout template here.
As always, I want to see what you make using these templates! Come hangout with me on Instagram and tag me in your post!
Have fun creating!
